  • Links: You may include one relevant link to your site in the author bio. Promotional or sales-driven links within the article body are not allowed unless approved.
  • SEO & Formatting: Use proper headings (H2, H3) and include one or two relevant images if possible. Content should be optimized for readability.
  • Images & Media: Only use high-quality, royalty-free images or your own visuals. Add proper attribution if required.
  • Editorial Control: The Calorie Tracker Buddy editorial team may edit or proofread submissions to ensure clarity, flow, and consistency.
  • Bio & Author Info: Along with your article, provide a short bio (2–3 sentences), your photo (optional), and links to your website or social profiles.
  • Submission Format: Send your article in a Word document (.doc/.docx) or Google Doc. Please do not paste content directly into the email body.
